Refund and Returns Policy

All services offered by Serenity Counseling Group are digital, confidential, and customized to each client’s personal situation. Because counseling involves time-based professional expertise, refunds are issued only under exceptional conditions to ensure fairness and ethical practice.

Refunds may be considered if a technical issue, platform failure, or scheduling error prevents a confirmed session from taking place. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of the missed appointment, along with proof of payment and relevant session details.

Once a live session has been completed, refunds cannot be issued, as the service is rendered in real-time. However, Serenity encourages clients to reschedule or request additional follow-up support if a session feels incomplete or disrupted. In such cases, a counselor may offer a complimentary brief session or discounted follow-up depending on the situation.

For ongoing couseling plans or packages, any unused sessions may be credited or transferred within the client’s plan period. Every request is reviewed personally by the adminitsrative team, ensuring privacy, transparency, and a solution-oriented outcome.
